Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Account data — your email address and password hash.
- Match content — the goals and standards you submit, and everything the panel produces: transcripts, criteria, evidence, ledger entries and verdicts.
- Billing records — credit purchases, usage and balance. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Basic technical data — request logs needed to run and secure the service.
Your goals are sent to AI providers
This is the most important thing to understand. To run a match we transmit your goal, the standard you set, and the panel’s working context to the AI model providers whose models you selected for that match. Those providers process it under their own terms and privacy policies. Do not submit anything you would not be willing to send to a third-party AI provider — trade secrets, personal data about others, privileged material, or anything under an NDA that does not permit it.
Tool use sends data outwards too: a web or literature search transmits the query to the relevant search service or scholarly API.
Your own inference key
If you connect your own key it is encrypted before storage and decrypted only in the worker process at the moment a call is made. It is never displayed back to you in full, never logged, and never sent anywhere except the provider it authenticates to. You can remove it at any time, which deletes it.
Visibility
Matches are private by default and visible only to you and, where strictly necessary, to our staff for support and abuse investigation. A match is public only if you choose to publish it — that is an explicit, per-match choice.
Retention
We keep your matches until you delete them or close your account, because the whole point is that a match can be resumed later. Deleting your account removes your matches, your stored key and your personal data; anonymised billing records are kept where required for accounting and tax.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your private match content to train models, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the providers needed to run the match you asked for.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA; we honour these requests regardless of location.
